Art Basel Miami Beach is scheduled for December 4–6, 2026, at the Miami Beach Convention Center, with VIP Preview Days on December 2 and 3, according to the organizer.

For buyers visiting South Florida during art week, a focused itinerary can combine time at the fair with appointments in the neighborhoods you are considering. Leave room for travel between Miami Beach, Brickell, Coconut Grove and the waterfront communities farther north.

Our team can help coordinate private residence presentations around your visit. Event admission, travel and accommodations are separate arrangements; confirm the latest program and access details directly with the organizer.
